She’s also certified as both a Legal Administrative Assistant and Paralegal.

To serve her clients best, Joanna often finds herself trying to see the world through the lens of her client. This allows her to dial into spotting problems and offer proactive solutions before they come up.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys yoga, reading, and bullet journaling.
